Course Cancellation by Domain
If Domain cancels a course before completion, you will receive a full refund for that specific course or the option to transfer your enrollment to an equivalent course.
Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a monthly subscription.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of the initial purchase date, minus any courses accessed or completed during that period. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, though you may cancel to prevent future renewal.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
- Course bundles or packages where any individual course has been completed
- Promotional or discounted purchases, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms
- Third-party services or products purchased through Domain but provided by external vendors
- Gift certificates or promotional codes, unless required by applicable law
- Administrative fees, payment processing fees, or similar charges

Account Termination
If your account is terminated by Domain due to violation of our terms of service, acceptable use policy, or any fraudulent activity, you will not be eligible for any refunds on current or past purchases.
Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Domain is not responsible for any losses due to currency exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
