Course Enrollment and Access

When you enroll in a course, you receive a limited license to access the course content for personal educational purposes. Payment Terms

Refund Policy

Access to course content will be revoked upon refund processing. Subscriptions cancelled mid-term are not eligible for prorated refunds unless otherwise specified.

Indemnification

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and any associated content. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after termination.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you will lose access to all courses, content, and materials associated with your account. Any fees paid are non-refundable upon termination for cause. You remain liable for any obligations incurred prior to termination.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with arbitration.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Modifications to Terms

Severability

You may not assign or transfer these terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these terms and any rights or obligations hereunder at any time without restriction and without notice to you.
